To get around this, we developed a way to wrap curcumin in "Liposomes" - tiny bubbles made from the same building blocks that make up the walls of our cells
These "Liposomes" form a shield around the curcumin which 1) protects the curcumin from stomach acid and 2) increases the absorption of curcumin across the gut wall and into the bloodstream

Each serving (2 capsules) contains 500mg of curcumin, the active ingredient of turmeric extract.
Both products contain a high dose of liposomal curcumin extract from turmeric root - the main difference is that Turmeric Zooki liquid sachets contain 750mg of curcumin per sachet, while the Zooki Curcumin capsules contain 500mg of curcumin per serving. Both products enjoy the same increased absorption and use the same liposomal technology.

In theory, you could. But only if you’re willing to consume heaps and heaps of turmeric powder daily - a lot more than you’d be used to cooking with. We’re talking around 10x the amount you’d normally cook with, daily. And that would probably get really old really quickly. Our capsules are a far more concentrated version of the powder you cook with.
