  1. INTRODUCTION

www.yourzooki.com (referred to as the "Website") is owned by YourZooki Ltd. Company registration number 10551603.

By placing an order on this website you agree to the below Terms, Conditions and Purchasing Terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and YourZooki Ltd at the point of order confirmation and acceptance. 

 

  1. PLACING AN ORDER

- Add the products you want on the website to your basket 

- Ensure you select the correct active ingredient/s, bottle size and flavour

- Once you have added item/s you want to purchase, proceed to checkout

- Certain information must be provided for billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required information accurately 

- Review the full order and ensure you’re satisfied with the order, before completing purchase 

- Submit order. You will then receive a confirmation via your email address which you provided 

  • ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS

All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by YourZooki. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion.  Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

  • If Products shown on the Website contain an error such as being incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described ;
  • Suspected fraudulent activities
  • If Products are shown on the Website but are not available;
  • If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment;
  • If shipping restrictions apply to a Product;

Once order is submitted, we will Process your order within 2 hours sometimes it may not be possible to cancel your order.

 

  1. QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS 

Minor differences in labelling colour in Products are possible as a result of image quality. This will not affect flavour, taste, stability or shelf life. YourZooki is not liable for these variations and deviations.

YourZooki draws your attention serving size and recommendations on the labels of the Products. YourZooki is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect consumption of Products, including handling consuming more than the recommend or suggested serving/dosage.

 

  1. PRICE AND CURRENCY 

Prices displayed online maybe adjust depending on your geographical location. For example, if you reside in the Canada, the currency displayed should adjust to CAD. This also works for USD, AUD, EUR and other major currencies. 

All prices quoted at the payment stage are in Great British Pound (GBP). 

YourZooki reserves the right to alter, limit or terminate any special offers or discounts at any time, including promotional codes and gift cards. Including the right to adjust the price of any product at any given time without prior notice.

 

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

All orders made on the YourZooki website are dispatched from Chorley, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage, orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.

We aim to despatch orders on the same day when the order is placed by 2pm, London GMT. However if order volume significantly increases over a short period of time this is not always possible. 

Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are paid by the customer.

YourZooki cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following;

Any incorrect customer details, customs clearance, inventory levels, national or private strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks. 

 

  1. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS 

We offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size, damaged, out of date, formulation failure, please email hello@yourzooki.com for any returns. You can exchange the same item for a different size or different active ingredient, so long as the seal hasn't been broken.

Exchanges are usually processed within 14 business days of us receiving them. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase on non-sale items or discount items. Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days of us receiving them. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your refund to reach your bank account. Products are only eligible for refund if the seal hasn't been broken.

Sale/discount items can only be exchanged if stock is available, or refunded as store credit online.

Please ensure that all Item Exchanges & Refunds are sent using a Tracked and/or Signed For Service back to our address to ensure we receive the goods. We will not refund postage cost for returns.  

 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on YourZooki products, product packaging and/or on the Website, whether registered or not (the “Trade Marks”) remain the exclusive property of Your Zooki Ltd. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the Trade Marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the Website.

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The use of this Website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the Terms and Conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.
