When do I take Vitamin C Zooki for Immune Support?
Vitamin C Zooki can be used in a targeted way, so use it as soon as you start to feel run down. Many of our customers will also be preventative and use it daily - especially if you're in environments where your immune system is working hard. Going on a busy flight to a trip abroad is an extreme case. More generally, if you live in the city, commute by train and have to breathe in polluted air then take it accordingly. You can't overdose on Vitamin C as ultimately it won't be stored inside the body, so you can have more than one sachet if you need it.
